The new 2001 Coot amphibious 4x4

The new Coot is call the ATAV. It has switchable two or four wheel drive and four wheel steering. The body pivots in the center. It has a 16hp Briggs and Stratton and goes 40mph. It has huge 31x15 tires on 16" rims.
